Our School

St. Joseph's Catholic Primary is in the Diocese of Leeds, and within City of Bradford MBC. The school opened in 1971 and underwent building works for a new phase which was opened in 2011.

The school has close links with the local community.  We cater for around 210 children from rising 4 years to 11 years of age.  We are a feeder school to St. Bedes and St. Joseph's Catholic College in Bradford. Many of our children also transfer to St Mary's in Menston. We are also a feeder school to a number of other local Secondary Schools.  Our school serves the immediate parish of St. Mary and Monica's in Cottingley and Sacred Heart in Bingley.

We are proud of our beautiful school. There are seven classrooms, a library, mobile ICT facilities, a school hall, kitchen, and a prayer room. Our outside space includes playgrounds, a football pitch, climbing frames, a climbing wall, a 'secret' garden, and a prayer garden.
