We are Gandhi Class
Learning with Jesus to be the best we can be.
Our Class Teacher is Mrs Jalil.
Our Support Assistants are Mrs Brodrick, Mrs Jeffrey and Mrs Ricordo.
Our class inspirational person is Mahatma Gandhi!
l The children have had a fantastic start to their year! They have enjoyed learning about the Moon Landing conspiracy theories and taking part in a formal debate regarding them.
We also have some real musical talent in this class! During our music lessons, we have been learning how to play the keyboard, including songs such as 'Mary had a little lamb.'
We have been making pizzas in DT; choosing our own toppings and evaluating our finished product. Sadly, no one saved me a slice!
We worked extremely hard in the run up to Christmas! We explored volcanoes and their devastating effects in Geography, which led us to describing the destruction of Pompeii in English.
In our Art lessons, we created our own volcanoes using Modroc and we will use a chemical reaction to make them erupt after the holidays!
As always, we have continued to keep our mind and bodies healthy through active lessons, active videos, the daily mile and mindfulness! We particularly love our worry box and mindfulness colouring.
Please make sure that all uniform including PE kit is labelled.
Homework will be handed out on Monday and collected in on Thursday.
