Parents and Friends

Welcome .  

Who are we ?

We are a friendly bunch of parents, past parents, teachers and friends who get together regularly to plan events and support the school - and you may be surprised to know - we also have a bit of fun along the way!

What do we do ?  We plan events such as the Christmas Fair, Fashion Shows, Coffee Mornings, Pamper Evenings etc. We also raise funds to subsidise school trips and help buy equipment or make improvements around the school (luxuries not covered by school budgets).  Parents and Friends are even responsible for organising school photographs!

Who benefits ? Every child and family in the school benefits in someway from the efforts of Parents and Friends and therefore we gladly welcome anyone that wishes to be involved. 

How much time do I need to give if I get involved ? Whatever time you can spare it will be greatly appreciated.  Perhaps you fancy helping on the cake stall at the summer fair or maybe you are a born organiser and feel that you could be our next chairperson.  Everyone has a part to play in supporting our school. 

Please don't be shy!  Just turn up at our  next meeting.

31st March    BUN SALE                     (THE LAST FRIDAY OF EACH MONTH) 

What better way to start the weekend than with cake and buns !  Our monthly bun sale did get off to a great start last year but has been a bit less lucrative during the winter months so please do your best to support us.

Each year group take it in turns to run the stall and this month it will be year 3.  

We kindly request donations of baking from families in Year 3 please.  These can be handed in at the office to a Parents and Friends representative on the morning of 31st March.

Well done to the children who recently picked up a trophy for coming first place in the local school swimming gala.  T shirts and Trophy engraving were financed by PFA.
